Mehatronic - Breakedown service technitian
The All-round Fault Technician technically ensures the continuity of the entire operational process and a safe and efficiently functioning machine park. Faults are solved independently or, when necessary, he takes action, both internally and externally (iom Foreman TD and/or Head TD) to have the faults solved. Work is carried out in accordance with 'Hygiene and food safety' regulations.
Job description
Tasks:
- Ensuring, in a technical sense, the continuity of the production and packaging process;
- Independently solving mechanical and electrical faults on/to modern packaging machines such as filling machines, conveyors, packing and palletising robots and/or palletising systems, labelling and printing equipment, production machines/installations and control equipment;
- Performing preventive maintenance on production machines and installations;
- Making improvement proposals for and continuously contributing to the improvement and optimisation of the production and packaging process;
- Timely provision of statement required materials;
- Careful use and management of the technical infrastructure;
- Working in accordance with the safety and hygiene rules and procedures of Vecozuivel;
- Clear communication in word and writing about work done.
Requirements
Experience in the work, VCA, Electrical and Mechanical knowledge and mechatronical would be a plus. PLC knowledge would be nice.Company profile
